This is a specialised service from a dedicated quilter for dedicated quilters!

> NOT a heat transfer (which has a shiny look and isn’t always durable)
> NOT to synthetic or sub-standard fabric
> NOT an unreliable DIY solution
> NOT exorbitantly expensive!

We print digitally, at extremely high resolution, directly to white Kona Bay, then set the dyes using an industrial heat press. So it’s a similar quality and feel to the other fabric in your quilt and will wash as reliably and safely.

PRICING

Pricing is as simple as we can make it, but still not as simple as we'd like. It's a complicated process, and every job is different! Here's a rough equation:

$4 large, $3 small

$25 per hour

FOR EXAMPLE: Six 8cm by 5cm images, provided digitally in good resolution and at size. 

Fabric area = FQ = $3.50

+ Small images x 6 @ $3 = $18

+ Design time 20 minutes = $8.25. 

Total $29.75

OR: 30 images, provided in various sizes and formats, printed in 21cm squares to 2.5 metres of fabric.

Fabric area = $35

+ 30 large prints = $120

+ Design time 2.5 hours = $62.50

Total $217.50

So it's very affordable! Alice is the specialist quilting printer, and she prepares and prints each image with attention to detail and expertise. We ensure the blacks are rich & saturated, and the colour balance is monitored carefully.
